We are a family business designed to bring exciting new and interesting yarns to the people of Norwich, and further afield. Both Christine and Becky, mother and daughter team, are keen knitters and interested in wool and various crafts associated with it.

We are very pleased to announce that we are now stockist of the wonderful Colinette yarns. We now have in stock of Parisienne, Tao, Point Five, Giotto, Fandango, Zanzibar and Cadenza in a wide variety of colours, all hand dyed and unique to Colinette. We also stock a wide range of Colinettes books and designs. Please phone for more details.

At the moment we are seeing a big increase in interest in our spinning courses, Ashford spinning supplies and felting supplies so we are looking to expand these areas further. As part of this we have recently received a whole range of fleeces that we are in the process of cleaning. They range from natural white mixed breed fleeces through coloured Welsh Mountain to Blue Faced Leicester and Shetland.  Please contact us if you have any specific requests that we might be able to help with.

On a personal front I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Peru, where I was taking part in a sponsored walk raising money for Action Aid. We took four days to Trek the Inca Trail through to Machu Picchu and had a fantastic time, and I still managed to get a bit of knitting done on the way. How's that for extreme knitting!

Not wanting to be outdone on the extreme knitting front, Christine  has been out on the North Sea in a sailing barge, the Albatross, and got a bit of knitting done on the way.

There is a lot more on offer than wool and needles. Have a look at our Events and offers  page for more details.
